Vista Talons is a competitive, AAU basketball program intended for boys (grades 3rd – 8th) who plan to attend Vista del Lago High School in Folsom, CA.  Our goal is for each player to develop with a high-level of proficiency – the fundamentals of basketball (passing, shooting, dribbling, rebounding, defense, etc.) while learning the core principles of the high school's offensive and defensive schemes.

Our sister program for the girls is Lady Talons.

Vista Talons is thrilled to announce Coach Josh Gould, the highly respected Varsity High School Basketball Coach, to lead our competitive AAU 7th Grade basketball team. Coach Gould brings a wealth of experience, a proven track record of success, and an unwavering commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the court.

With an impressive history of coaching and mentoring high school athletes, Coach Gould has built a reputation for his dynamic coaching style and his ability to cultivate team cohesion and individual growth. His leadership has consistently led his high school team to top performances, and he is ready to take his coaching talents to the next level with Vista Talons.

Under Coach Gould’s guidance, the new AAU team is set to build on a foundation of discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit, aiming for success in upcoming tournaments. His strategic insight and emphasis on fundamentals are expected to produce standout players and a championship-caliber team.
